Reduced Fees
(*) Applications for student rates must include a scanned copy of a valid official student identity card during the online registration process.
(**) EPS Individual Members and members of National Physical Societies that are members of EPS benefit from reduced registration fees.

Applications for EPS Individual Membership are only valid for applicants who have paid their 2026 membership fee.
Applications for National Physical Society membership rates are only valid if the applicant can provide proof that the 2026 membership fee has been paid to their National Society. A list of National Physical Societies is available on the EPS website.
All registration fees are net prices and are exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT).
The European Physical Society (EPS) is a non-profit association registered in France and is therefore not liable for VAT. For this reason, EPS does not possess a VAT number.
Cancellation Policy
Details of the cancellation policy will be published at a later date.
Code of Conduct
Attendance at the conference implies acceptance of and compliance with the EPS Code of Conduct applicable to EPS conferences.
Privacy Policy
Registration for conferences organised by the European Physical Society is open to all members of the scientific and technical community.
By registering online for an EPS conference, participants agree to be contacted by EPS regarding the organisation of the conference and its future editions.
Participant data will not be shared with third parties, unless the third party is an official partner of the event. Participant data will never be shared with commercial companies.
Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
Photography and Video
Attendance at, or participation in, the conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by EPS of the attendee’s image for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic media.
Video recording by participants or other attendees during the conference is not permitted.
Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint presentations or other materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
